We may also request a copy of your photo Id, proof of your insurance, qualifications or other documentation at the initial registration stage or at a later stage.
To pay the registration, just log into your account and click the button that says, 'Pay Registration Fee' and from there, you will be guided through the rest of the process.
A Minimum bid price is set which is roughly based on the value of the job and can cost from 1 Credit upwards depending on the value of the job. For example a lead for a small job worth €50 might have a minimum bid price of 1 Credit but a lead for a large job worth €100,000 might have a minimum bid price of 25 Credits or more. These prices are displayed above for illustration only. They are not fixed and will fluctuate up or down depending on supply and demand. To select more than one item, hold the CTRL key on your keyboard while you click on each item. Don't forget to click Save before you exit to save your changes and check the next page to make sure that all of the details you entered are all listed correctly.
We will follow up your complaint with the customer. If we confirm that you have not been able to contact the person despite making all reasonable efforts, you will be entitled to a refund of Credits for the lead. We can normally only refund you for a lead if you contact us within 24 hours of purchasing it. Under certain exceptional circumstances, we can give a refund up to 7 days after the lead was purchased.

If paying by cheque, postal order, bank draft or EFT please be sure to attach your name and ID number with the payment.
If you have sufficient Credits in your account but aren't receiving text message you may have unticked this option in your profile. To re-enable receiving leads by text message please log into your account and click on the link that says 'Edit Profile' and at the bottom of that page you will see a tick box that says, 'I would like to receive notification of leads by Text Message'. Make sure that this check box is ticked. There is a small charge per text message for receiving lead notifications text message but there is no charge for receiving any other types of text message. You can see check the fees for lead notifications and all other fees on our fees policy
If you have suddenly stopped receiving leads please read the question above entitled, "I am not receiving leads by text anymore, what should I do?"
You can view recent leads by logging into your account and click the link that says, "View Recent Leads"
You can try out the service for 14 days and if you are unhappy we will refund you the Registration Fee plus the value of Credits on your account.
Please note that you are not entitled to a refund if any of the information provided in your original registration is found to be false or cannot be substantiated. In addition to this, you are not entitled to a refund if you had previously registered with us and were suspended from using our service.

Please note that you must always provide a valid email address as all correspondence from tradesmen.ie is via email which includes any offers and promotions as well as important changes to the service and terms and conditions.
When the new system is implemented, the leads will be priced in Credits rather than euros and if you have an existing credit balance, it will be automatically converted to Credits. Then you can use those credits to purchase leads and when you text in a lead, you can do so in the same format as before by just texting the lead id on it's own e.g. 123456 or by texting the lead Id, a colon and the number of Credits you wish to bid on the lead e.g. 1234567:10
If your credit balance hasn't been converted to Credits and you are waiting to buy leads, you could try bidding on a lead and it should automatically convert your existing credit balance before the lead is sold to you. This should happen within an hour or two of bidding for the lead. If that doesn't work, please contact us here and we will look into it asap. You can also log in and top up your account to purchase Credits and any existing credit balance that you have will be automatically converted to Credits later if it hasn't been converted already.
